Everything we do effects now, each and every second the universe changes as your thought of the universe changes. Physical (body), mental (mind), emotional (feelings) spiritual (soul) they all work together to make who you are in this reality. When all of these things are in balance we experience wonderful health, if one or more of these is disrupted we experience poor health or dis-ease. Our entire body system is energy, an energy that we can change and manipulate with our own thinking. If you believe you are ill you will be, as you will manipulate your energy and thoughts to make you ill. This however is not done on a conscious level; we un-consciously let our thoughts and the thoughts and energy of others effect our vibration of wellness. Thoughts are a vibration,
they are real and they can change our bodies and the world around us. You create with your thinking, are you thinking beautiful healing and loving thoughts?
Healing can happen in many ways, but I feel it all has to start in the inside. Inside the heart of who we are, to ourselves, and also who we are to each other. Sadly we forget our power, our power to change our own reality. Healing becomes a matter of recovering our bodies’ inherent harmony by letting go of the dis-harmony we are holding onto. Dis-harmony in our own ideas about how, where, when, what and the why of who we think we are. We tend to hold onto ideas about ourselves that we pick up from other people and also the world around us,
someone else’s idea of who they think we are. The problem with that is they also have forgotten who they are. They also have picked up the dis-harmony they feel from others and then share that vibration as their truth. You create your own truth with your thinking, so as you change your thinking you can re-create your reality.
Healing our spirit; healing the soul of who we really are. Until we can forgive and see others and treat others how we would like to be treated nothing changes. I believe that until we as individuals understand the illusion
we have of being separate from each other, we will stay in the beginnings of who we all can become as one. When we speak kind words to each other we change, when we do kind things for each other we change, even when we think kind and loving thoughts of each other we start a new vibration of healing. Not only healing for them but for ourselves and the world we live in. Only you have the power to wake up from this illusion of dis-harmony and start living in a new vision of joy, love, health and harmony. Pleasure and healing is in the becoming of all that we are, pain and dis-harmony is in the knowing of who you could have been and didn’t.
I was given a question, "Remember Who You Really Are." I thought this was going to be easy. I found this was not only the most difficult question I have ever had to answer but also a question that took me on a roller coaster ride with many ups and downs, twists and bends. I had to change who I thought I was, into who I really am. To answer that one question I had to grow and expand my thinking and my idea of myself and what my relationship to the world around me is. I had to find my God within. The answer has changed me in so many ways that I can't count all my blessings. I am trying to focus my attention on peace, love and harmony. Peace, love and harmony within myself and the world around me. That is where the name of this web page came from.
